Planetary Screw Series
Our newly developed planetary screw system helps reduce plasticizing time depending on material and processing conditions. Designed for processing highly filled materials and high-viscosity elastomers, the planetary screw delivers improved mixing uniformity and lower melt temperatures.
Alloy Spray Welding Technology
We demonstrated our dual-alloy spray coating process that helps extend screw barrel service life depending on wear condition and application. This surface treatment is applicable to both new and worn screws, making it an economical alternative to full replacement.
International Response
During the 4-day event, our team connected with buyers from Turkey, India, Vietnam, Germany, Brazil, and the Middle East. Several partnerships were established for ongoing supply of parallel twin screw barrels and conical twin screw systems for PVC profile extrusion.
