The Challenge

A Vietnamese WPC decking manufacturer needed to upgrade from 150 kg/h to 300 kg/h output while maintaining product quality with 60% wood flour content. Existing equipment could not handle the increased filler loading without degradation.

Our Solution

Nanhaiya supplied a complete Φ80/Φ156 conical twin screw barrel set with specialized screw geometry for high wood-flour content. The design featured extended feed section and optimized mixing zones to prevent wood fiber degradation at elevated temperatures.

Results Achieved

Successfully doubled production output to 300 kg/h. Product quality maintained with no wood fiber degradation. ROI achieved within 6 months of installation.
